Covered in Warranty	1. Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn't comes back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit. 2. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product. 3. Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. 4. Reduction of thickness of greater than 1 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Not Covered in Warranty	1. Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching.2. Sleepyhead mattress is designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty.3. Any improper usage.4. Any sort of fabric / zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty5. Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect.6. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.8. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care.9. Anyone looking for a mattress please feel free to buy this product. We had bought a queen sized mattress couple of months back and found it so nice and comfortable that we went ahead and bought a king sized mattress also. Its worth the price, excellent product that comes with its own cover and very light and comfortable.
Measure the exact size of bed as 1 inch here and there is also off size and would not fit.

The mattress looks good and easy to open and set. It also has a mattress cover. Quality of the mattress is good

The above are the good things about the mattress. The cons of the mattress is specifically for me alone. The foam is too soft that I literally sink in it. I have a back problem and it got aggravated using this mattress. I prefer hard mattress so I put it on my daughter's bed and she likes it

To those.who have back problems and prefer to sleep on harder mattress do not choose this...
