Sufficient for usage of mid-level executives with a designated laptop compartment and bottle holders on both sides. Material is sturdy and water-proofing quality is adequate for a light to moderate drizzle. Look and feel wise very plush and high-end. The only setback is the absence of a grab handle atop. Otherwise this would have been a 5/5. But definitely recommendable.
